Villa Cumberland is a large, luxurious villa with a difference. Every aspect has been specifically designed to benefit families in a child safe environment. From its fully enclosed swimming pool area, 250 sq. ft. playroom, & sprawling flat garden to its choice of stylish but functional furniture and full complement of children’s equipment,
including cot, bumbos, baby chair, toys, kids TVs and DVD players, stroller, baby potty & toilet seat & baby rocker, bicycle & pedal-cart, baby-monitor, etc. this villa is the perfect tropical-island family hide-away. A maximum of 6 adults can be accommodated.
Surrounded by trees and offering total privacy, Villa Cumberland is only 400 meters walking distance from the beach where a number of beach-side restaurants can be found. Wonderful sea views are enjoyed from all rooms.

The entire ground floor is designed around the swimming pool with a large, safe, family-orientated entertainment area. All rooms are air-conditioned and open up via an expanse of sliding doors to the child-friendly swimming pool area & Jacuzzi.
The well-equipped European style kitchen is packed with all the appliances required by a modern family and is adjoined by an 8-seater dining area and a covered “breakfast veranda”.
The large lounge has been tastefully decorated and includes a flat-screen TV, surround-sound system and satellite TV. A totally separate study with its own TV & surround-sound system is available for moments of privacy or as a quiet corner for children. The ground floor is rounded off by two guest toilets serving the living and pool areas respectively.

The upper floor is fully air-conditioned and comprised of three large bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and built-in cupboards. In the centre of the upper floor is a huge children’s playroom equipped with a TV & DVD player, toys as well as additional mattresses & bean bags. This area is perfect as a children’s’ hide-away or to be enjoyed by adults for a relaxing in-house massage.

The rest of the villa includes a huge flat open garden that has been specifically created for family ball games.
