Build on two floors offers this Villa in total four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of them with a bathtub. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, where also a living/ dining area and a build in kitchen can be found.

There are plenty of sitting areas to while away the day, on the large balcony on the upper floor, on the terrace by the beach or in the tropical garden. The outside area is well equipped with sun loungers and comfortable dining furniture. Set a bit a part from the Villa in the garden by the beach you will find a BBQ area. The Laem Noi Residence has been build with a lot of thought in mind to cater as a functional and comfortable holiday home. The house is well looked after and there is somebody on site for you to take care for your needs.
